• The Church of Scientology Mission of Palo Alto and Hubbard Dianetics Foundation was
  opened in 1996 by Cindy Feshbach, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a
  Scientologist since the mid 1970’s.<br><br>
  The Scientology religion, founded by American philosopher and humanitarian L. Ron
  Hubbard, welcomes people from all religious faiths and cultures.
  The aims of Scientology are: “A civilization without insanity, without criminals and without
  war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free
  to rise to greater heights...”
  Mr. Hubbard believed that a person is as valuable as he can serve others, thus the Church
  and its members offer practical answers to problems in life and a means of achieving
  one’s goals. The Church also sponsors programs to improve the community and
  effectively address society’s most troubling ills.
  What is the real source of our problems? Why is it difficult to understand others? Why are
  we afraid of old age, illness and death, and why is our happiness so frail?
  Scientology addresses these matters to improve one’s life. There is too much
  unhappiness, misery and distrust in the world. Too much attention on the negative side of
  life. Something can be done about it.
